SFDR Disclosure

Our fund is classified under Article 6 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2019/2088) ("SFDR").

1. SFDR Classification The investments underlying this financial product do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities. The fund does not actively promote environmental or social characteristics (Article 8), nor does it have sustainable investment as its primary objective (Article 9).

2. Integration of Sustainability Risks As a life science fund, i&i Bio ’s core strategy inherently addresses societal challenges by investing in companies that develop solutions for unmet medical needs. While classified under Article 6, we believe that mitigating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks enhances the long-term value of our portfolio. Therefore, we integrate the assessment of sustainability risks into our investment decision-making process. Potential ESG risks are evaluated during our due diligence phase and monitored throughout the investment lifecycle.

3. No Consideration of Principal Adverse Impacts (PAI) Currently,  i&i Bio does not consider the principal adverse impacts (PAIs) of its investment decisions on sustainability factors (as defined under Article 4 of the SFDR). This is due to the early-stage nature of our target investments and the current lack of reliable, accessible data required to conduct quantitative PAI reporting.
